This event is run as a collaboration with British Wheel of Yoga in Cardiff, Wales and Cardiff Yoga Studio. The event is to support raising awareness of Yoga in our local community for International Yoga Day 2022, which is celebrated across the world to commemorate the practice of Yoga as an invaluable gift that originated in India. This event is a collaborative of British Wheel of Yoga Teachers all who have the highest level of yoga teacher training currently available in the UK and are trained to Ofqual-regulated Level 4 with at least 500 hours of training behind them.
Investment: The yoga sessions are run on a suggested cash donation basis of £8-10 per session.

7.30 – 8.30am : Kitty Holly
Be in This Day: All are welcome. A gentle practice to ease into your day. A soft asana, pranayama and relaxation.
9 – 10am : Di O’Reilly
Locomotion: the Yoga of our feet moving with the earth.
10.30 – 11.30am : Carol Young
Asana, Pranayama and the Chakras: A short rebalancing that can continue on your mat at home and into everyday life. Not for beginners. No prior knowledge of pranayama or chakras needed.
12 – 1pm : Jo Bogacz
Freedom & re-discovery through the 5 elements: Mindfulness Yoga to create foundations, flow, vitality, lightness & space. All are welcome. Bring a cushion and equipment to sit/lie down comfortably in class and then head out for lunch afterwards re-calibrated.
1.30 to 2.30pm : Caroline McGurgan
Enliven the Spine: A nourishing practice to increase the vitality of the spine through spirals, undulations and rotations. Suitable for all.
3– 4pm : Joe Roberts
Prep & strength for hand and arm balance: A session for building strength in the right places and relaxation in others. Suitable for those who want to try out inversion work and are confident enough to try even if they don’t know how to get there yet. Support and ideas to help you build some yoga challenge into your practice.
4.30– 5.30pm : Dave Fowler
Dancing Warrior: Breathe. Strength. Breathe. Laugh. Fall over. Repeat. Chill Relax Restore Rejuvenate
