Time: 14:00 - 17:00
Hatha yoga is the expression of our true self through breath, asana and movement. Within this true self is beauty. The same beauty we find in dance, art and music is within us and accessible. The aim of this workshop is to search for, find and acquaint ourselves with our inner beauty and our magnificent true self.
The workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.
Diana O'Reilly is an experienced BWY teacher, County Rep for Mid and West Glamorgan, and Committee Member for the Yoga Festival at Margam Park. She lists Vinyasa Flow, Scaravelli, Iyengar, and Ashtanga amongst her influences as well as a keen interest in Biomechanics, and a belief in the importance of people developing at their own pace and with their own practice and style.
