The BWY events continue with Summer School.. This is a great way to learn from a different teacher every week over the summer - to try different styles, or deepen your practice is a particular area. It is a drop-in - no need to book, you can do all or any number of the sessions - you can pick and choose. We have a fantastic line up his year with a really varied and interesting programme.

No need to book – just come along. Please bring a mat, blanket (block and strap if available) and wear clothes you can move comfortably in.
25th July – Tamsin Gabriel (of Yoga Boat) - Embodied Yoga Principles (EYP) is a way to use yoga postures to learn more about ou...t patterns and behaviours and how we can use these insights to make positive change in ourselves and in the world. EYP is social, playful, very connecting and fun!
1st August – Katy Bergson (Sthira Sukham) - Finding the connection: deepen our sense of connection to things that are important in our life. Cultivating mindfulness through breath work / pranayama, exploring body connection through movement and partner work and finishing with a guided meditation to re-connect with the essential space within.8th August – Margaret Hudson - Mindfulness Yoga suitable for all levels. Posture work, sequencing and pranayama (breath work), finishing with preparation for short meditation.
15th August – Oxana Weber - Creative vinyasa style class open to all. Themed practice incorporating a fluid flowing asana sequence and an invitation to integrate intuitive movement within the structure of the class. We will finish with either pranayama or mudra practice and a guided relaxation.
22nd August – Joanna Bogacz - Asana, pranayama and mindfulness of breathing meditation with a focus on inner balance & wellbeing. Suitable for all levels and those with a curiosity for meditation. Combining body awareness, rhythmic movement & asana with the breath to cultivate sensitive awareness. We will explore a mindful meditation practice to bring us to the present moment and richness of experience that this contains.
29th August – Lee Stoole - Yin yoga - This will be accompanied with gentle music to assist the relaxation whilst in the postures. This session will assist with deep tissue stretching, increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility. This practice is a more meditative practice that aims to cultivate awareness of inner silence. Mat, blocks and blankets would be helpful.
