About the day

The day will explore and practice asana and pranayama, working with the Scaravelli 'gravity, breath, wave' approach to deepen the body/breath connection. There will be individual, pair and group work and discussion.

About the tutor

Ginny has been a BWY diploma holder since 1990 and a yoga therapist since 1994. She has taught widely to all abilities in settings ranging from local education authorities to health clubs, gyms and one to ones.

She teaches several workshops, weekends and yoga holidays in the UK, Europe and the USA. 

Ginny trained with a variety of teachers including: Swami Pragymurti, John Stirk, Gill Lloyd, Julie Freideberger and has been studying with Sandra Sabatini  since 2001.

Other information

Please bring a vegetarian lunch to share and mats/blocks/bolsters to support your practice. Hot and cold drinks will be provided.
