A Yoga Day with Rosie Wright to introduce the idea of 'Body Wisdom'; execute postures using the principles of strength in movement with pranayama, and reconnect consciously to the wisdom of the body.
Rosie Wright is passionate about helping students learn to live skillfully every day. Rosie is a Yoga teacher and national tutor. She qualified with the BWY. She is a teacher-training tutor and sits on the BWY Training Committee as the National in-service Training Officer.
Rosie has created programmes for personal development and intensive well-being.
With 40 years of practice and study, and 30 years of teaching, she has been influenced by different Yoga traditions, including Iyengar, Ashtanga, Tibetan Heart, and Anuasara Yoga. She has a broad, holistic background in the craft of Yoga.
